2.0 Goods Description & Specifications
2.1 All images, descriptions, specifications, and advertisements on our website provide an approximate representation of goods and are intended for guidance only.
2.2 Colours shown online may differ due to display variations. If accuracy is critical, a sample should be ordered.
2.3 Product specifications may be updated or changed without prior notice.
2.4 Manufacturing tolerances:
– Glass size: ±1.5mm
– Glass thickness / sealed unit thickness: ±1mm
2.5 We aim to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
3.0 Product Fitting and Suitability
3.1 It is your responsibility to determine product suitability and ensure correct fixings are chosen.
3.2 We are not responsible for checking:
– wall suitability
– structural stability
– installation safety
– regulatory compliance
3.3 Professional guidance is recommended for large or heavy items.
3.4 Do not book installation until goods are fully received and inspected. We are not liable for installer or contractor costs.
4.0 Order Acceptance and Confirmation

4.3 Incorrect address or contact information may result in redelivery charges.

5.0 Payment and Pricing

6.0 Delivery Terms (Local Delivery & Palletline Delivery)
6.1 Delivery times vary by product and method. Weekend or bank holiday orders are processed the next working day.
6.2 Standard courier delivery times are estimates only.
6.3 You must ensure accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may incur additional charges.
6.4 External courier deliveries arranged by you are at your own risk.
6.1 Local In-House Delivery (South East)
6.1.1 Eligible orders over £49.99 may qualify for free local delivery within our defined delivery radius.
6.1.2 Deliveries are to ground-floor indoor areas only unless agreed otherwise.
6.1.3 Items over 25kg require suitable manual assistance from the customer.
6.1.4 Unsafe delivery environments may force the driver to refuse delivery.
6.1.5 Redelivery charges apply if:
– no one is available,
– there is insufficient assistance,
– access is unsafe or restricted.
6.1.6 You must disclose access limitations including tight roads, gates, height restrictions, parking rules or other constraints.
6.2 Nationwide Pallet Delivery (Palletline)
6.2.1 Kerbside Delivery Policy
6.2.1.1 Pallet deliveries are strictly kerbside-only.
6.2.1.2 Drivers cannot carry goods inside homes, up steps, or to rear areas.
6.2.1.3 Customer must move goods from kerbside to the desired location.
6.2.2 Vehicle & Access Requirements
6.2.2.1 Deliveries may arrive via large vehicles (7.5T, 18T or articulated).
6.2.2.2 You must inform us of access restrictions including:
– narrow streets
– steep inclines
– weight limits
– low bridges
– turning limitations
6.2.2.3 Failure to declare access restrictions may result in:
– failed delivery,
– redelivery charges,
– return-to-depot fees.
6.2.3 Customer Presence & Responsibilities
6.2.3.1 Someone must be present to sign for delivery.
6.2.3.2 You must assist the driver where required (without physical lifting obligations on the driver).
6.2.3.3 Pallets and packaging become the customer’s responsibility.
6.2.3.4 If no one is present, the delivery will fail and incur additional charges.
6.3 Failed Deliveries & Access Responsibilities
6.3.1 A failed delivery fee applies when:
– no one is present,
– access restrictions prevent delivery,
– the customer rejects kerbside delivery,
– adequate assistance is not provided.
6.3.2 Pallet carriers may charge extra for redelivery or returns; such charges may be passed onto the customer.
6.3.3 Unsafe premises may result in the driver refusing delivery.
7.0 Adjusting or Cancelling Orders
7.1 You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of ordering.
7.2 If production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
7.3 We will attempt to accommodate requests where feasible.
8.0 Bespoke Items
8.1 Bespoke items cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
8.2 In cases of unavoidable cancellation, only the profit portion is refundable; material and labour costs will be deducted.
8.3 We may cancel an order at any time before delivery for any reason and issue a full refund.
9.0 Damaged or Faulty Goods
9.1 All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of:
– damaged item,
– packaging,
– labels.
9.2 Claims beyond 48 hours may be declined due to courier policies.
9.3 Replacement items will be prioritised once evidence is accepted.
9.4 External courier deliveries (arranged by you) are entirely at your own risk.
10.0 Missing Goods
10.1 Accept the delivery even if items are missing.
10.2 Note missing items with the driver if possible.
10.3 Email us within 48 hours to report missing components.
10.4 Replacements will be prioritised upon verification.
11.0 Risk
11.1 Risk transfers to the customer when goods are delivered:
– for local delivery: once placed inside the ground-floor area,
– for pallet delivery: once placed kerbside.
11.2 You are responsible for safe handling, unloading assistance, and safe movement of goods thereafter.
